What Does an LVR Percentage Mean?
Your Loan-to-Value Ratio expresses your loan amount as a percentage of the property's value.
For example, an 80% LVR means that the loan amount is equal to 80% of the property's value. The basic calculation compares the loan amount with the property value.
LVR can change over time as your outstanding loan balance or property value changes.
