Understand Your Loan-to-Value Ratio
Your Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR) is one of the simplest ways to understand how much you are borrowing compared with the value of a property.
It is calculated by dividing the loan amount by the property value and multiplying the result by 100.
Your LVR can help you understand the relationship between your loan, deposit and property value. It can also be relevant when considering things such as LMI, refinancing and available lending options.
